Small Caps capability

Small caps are only available for some built-in fonts. Imported fonts that have small caps availability should be able to be displayed.

    This is also a problem with Sermon Builder. Scripture passages that indicate the divine name with small caps - a feature in many English translations - cannot be displayed correctly and significance is lost. I would expand this request to "All fonts should be able to display small caps."
