Include Anchor References in Print/Export

When using Print/Export for Notebooks, it only prints the Text of the Anchors. Please change so that it includes the Reference and the text.

Some books contain "your answer" areas which are saved as notes. The notes are NOT printed along with the printed section but are left blank. Would be nice to have the option to Print/Not print notes too.0

@lang-bruce-100 Forgot to mention - "Highlighted" text printing is not optional and prints/exports out. An option to print/not print highlights would also be good.0
