I'm interested in exploring this further, but not willing to pay $1000 for a copy! (https://www.amazon.com/Subject-Guide-Stories-Frederick-Garland/dp/0933062036: some 3rd parties have it for ~$200, and i may be able to get it via interlibrary loan)

@sean-boisen-11 Unfortunately, I looked through it at the home of a story telling library. She is currently visiting her daughter in Thailand then headed for story telling events in New Zealand.
