Ability to Reorganize Open Tabs/Resources

The app needs the ability to reorganize open resources while in tab view. As it stands right now the only way to do this is to close tabs and then reopen them in the order you want to interact with them. Hoping this makes sense.

You can currently do this by long pressing in the tab from the Workspace Editor.0
