Remote App Too Many Rights

We were looking to allow all people in the pews to follow along on their smart devices. Some are handicapped and cannot read the screens because of distance or cannot stand up to see them. In order for someone to see the presentations on the remote app, they must be int he presentation group. By virtue of being in the presentation group, the lowest rights that can be assigned is "Member" we cannot make them a "Follower". Because of that, the user can control the slides, Very NOT Helpful.

If they use the faithlife app and view the digital bulletin, they can see the slides. Though it said that the songs do not show all of the lyrics.

  • @Mike Measley   unfortunately that is not viewing the slides. It is a digital bulletin which does not automatically move. Music is missing, which is one of the biggest complaints I keep getting.

@Media @ Central Lutheran AZ  members do not need to be in your presentation team. You can actually see any Proclaim presentation within a 1km radius when at church. They should be able to follow the presentation with the remote with only a Faithlife login.

if this is not seeming to be true, ensure you location is set correctly in Proclaim > Settings > Presentation
