Add SWORD-Repository

Having a sword compliant Repository would allow the Logos books to be read in other Bible study software.

Reasons why i want that:
- Plenty of linux clients
- Plenty of android clients
- most of the time I don't need the Logos specific features

It's not clear from the protocol description how implementing SWORD (Simple Web-service Offering Repository Deposit) would allow the Logos books to be read in other Bible software.

@Bradley Grainger You could add the Logos repository server as custom repository, allowing the app to download the books. (e.g. And Bible allows adding custom repositories).
