Display a note icon on a highlight to which I've added text or a comment.

A highlight creates a note, but there is no link to the note from the highlighted text. This is fine if the highlight is just a highlight.

If I add comments to the highlight note (i.e. add some text in the "Take a note" section), there is no indication in the resource that the highlighted section has a comment or note as part of it.

The only way currently to make the note obvious is to add another non-highlight note with the comment. In this case there are two note objects attached to the same text.

If a highlight note has an additional text/comment/note as part of it, displaying the note icon along with the highlighting would make it obvious and allow hovering to see the added text and clicking to open the note.

I discovered that I CAN add a note icon to my highlights, so please ignore this suggestion. (Logos -- can you delete this entire suggestion thread?)
