Custom UI Color Schemes

I like elements of the Dark mode, but would like more control over UI color schemes. There is a request out for using Light papers in the Dark UI, but again, more control would be nice. For instance, a medium grey background with light grey text for less glare from text contrast would be great.

    Yeah the current dark mode scheme for me is too harsh with too much contrast. A lighter grey background would be much better if not a customizable color scheme.

    White text on black background is still pretty hard on the eyes. I would love to have a white text with a gray background. The gray in the View Settings screen would be perfect.
