If you are charging for the software, please provide a version that actually works.

Hello Faithlife, when I pay for the software, I anticipate receiving a fully functional product. It's disappointing that you've been charging for the software while it remains unfixed for months. I'm not referring to minor issues; if my iPhone or iPad rotates and the app freezes, that's unacceptable.

    Well, the base software is free. Beyond that, there might be a bug, as it happens from time to time. I cannot reproduce the issue you are having.
    Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling? If you have and it’s still doing that, make sure your iOS and iPadOS are up to date. Beyond that, you might need to reach out to Faithlife over the phone.

    I agree that freezing is unacceptable. When was it first reported to Logos - I ask only because I became aware to the problem quite recently and I use the app rarely on my iPad. Fortunately, it is a problem with clearly defined conditions for reproducing.

    I feel the same about paying for software and books and then they are not working as they are and we pay more for these books as they are programmed to work better with Logos. It is very frustrating to buy a book and some things are not working and you need to wait for how long before its fixed.

    See here I reported this issue in July and it’s still not fixed.

    I mainly use my iPhone/iPad, and sometimes I need to restart the app five times a day. Occasionally, I have to do this while I'm preaching, which is quite embarrassing. I've been patient for a while, but now months have gone by, and the issue still isn't resolved.

    @Wildbio, what version devices and operating systems are you using for your iPhone and iPad, if I might ask?

    Just minutes ago, screen locked after changing orientation. Latest ios on iphone, and latest Verbum (with the new bug, can't download Catholic reading). Also notice display is incorrect as well.

    Jason, this bug covers a wide range. I have the 2021 iPad Pro, and iPhone 16 Pro Max, both have same issue.

    "Well, the base software is free." Lets be clear, the Base software is not free for me if I want to have the 2025 Libraries. I don't have an option to get Library without subscribing. Please note, I am not arguing about subscription, but about the platform that I expect to work, especially if I pay monthly premium price.
