Which subscription includes the Morphological Query Editor

I could not find in the description of the new subscriptions, which level includes the Morphological Query Editor. I assume it is Max, but I want to make sure,, when I give advice to people.

Yes, I don't understand some of the groupings either.

I think it would be really helpful if we could expand all of the sections and then simply do a search in the webpage to find the feature we are interested in
