    As a trial to see if a user sees enough benefit in the platform - absolutely agree.

    There is confusion as I went to the "Choose Your Plan" option at Logos.com when I was getting my wife a Subscription. It omits the Who is eligible… question in its FAQ section. So why would I (or new user) choose "Subscription FAQs" further down the same Menu (which is the link you used above)? Furthermore, why does the What is a legacy…FAQ in both pages have the statement "Instead of falling back to a free or previous version of Logos….."?

    I will bring this to the attention of Faithlife.

    I have been under the impression that if, having no relationship with Faithlife or Logos, you installed the Logos desktop ap, you would get a basic desktop experience with limited features. There may be a fallacy in my understanding. I don’t have a blank computer to check this out. Can someone confirm what you get? Do you get an comparable L10 FFS? Also, after two-years of subscription status do you get a Legacy Fall back feature set or something less? All these questions are based on starting without a prior relationship.

    @Kevin Houghtaling - here's a link to the Free Edition → https://www.logos.com/free-edition it explains what's included.

    As for the LFL question - there is currently confusion on this. The FAQ says one thing (which lines up with the Official Announcement) but others have mentioned they are seeing something different - hopefully they will allow the LFL for everyone - but there hasn't been an Official Announcement to confirm that, as of yet!

    @Steven MacDonald Dave, there is still some confusion on this. Only those who have purchased a previous Logos 10 or earlier base package are eligible for the Legacy Fallback License after subscribing for 24 consecutive months. So new customers who have never owned a Logos base package are not eligible.

    @Frank Sauer You state that "If any user cancels after two years" the LFL allows them to keep all offline features in their subscription tier… Is this some inside information, maybe I missed something - but the announcement was that L10 FFS owners and Previous Base Package owners were rewarded with the LFL after two consecutive years - not "any" user.

    Steven and Frank are correct, only those who have purchased a previous Logos 10 or earlier base package are eligible for the Legacy Fallback License after 24 consecutive months. And @Jason Stone (Logos) said:

    When a user is logged in and navigates to the plan picker on the subscription page, it will show them Legacy Fallback License and related FAQs if they're eligible to earn it. If the user is not eligible, it won't show it as included under the plan details, and it won't show FAQs about it.
