Adding a reprise song later and the checkboxes not sticking

I'm having a problem with adding a song we've already sung later, but just singing a verse or two. We repeat a verse/chorus of a song we've already sung as the kids are being dismissed. Proclaim is not allowing us to have the same song in the same service with different verse/chorus order. Any workarounds besides creating a whole new song? This used to not be a problem.

Hi Jesse. This shouldn't be a problem now either. Have you double checked that the song item was duplicated instead of creating a linked item? Also, make sure the arrangement isn't the same for both song items, as this would also result in having the same song order for both.

You will want to ensure the second song has "No arrangement" selected, (or a different arrangement) otherwise changes you make in that song item will affect the other one as you are modifying that arrangement of the song.

In the latest update, its done via this 'unlink' icon

How can I get all the slides in Pre-Service loop to use global countdown clock settings?
For some reason not all my slide will use the global settings. I have the countdown clock set for the bottom right, but most of the slides it show up on the bottom left. I've tried turning that setting off for each slide as well as updating the global settings to no avail.
Lyric segments
I've imported a song (This is Our God - Phil Wickham) that has several headings like Intro, Verse 1, Chorus, Outro, Turnaround. All of these heading are available in the sequence box above the lyrics, except "Turnaround". Why is that one missing? How can I force Proclaim to recognize it as a heading?
Linking to a song streaming account
