Transferring Resources that are apart of a package
It is my understanding that it is not currently possible to transfer a resource to a friend if it was purchased within a package. This should be corrected and made possible. It should be the user's right to give or sell their resources if they wish.

What you own are licenses not resources. You can transfer any license as you see fit. What you can't do is transfer a percentage of a license.
