Encyclopedia Britannica Collection audio issues?

This page https://www.logos.com/product/55228/encyclopedia-britannica-collection has a statement on it:

There are temporarily interface issues with the audio in this resource.

What is the current status of these issues?

The product is supposed to contain audio and video, correct?

I am unable to find any demonstrations of the product, audio and video, in Logos.

I am aware that many Logos audio and video resources simply do not work on mobile.

Is that also true of this product?

Does this product require streaming of audio and video?

Has anyone used this with success?

I am considering adding a collection which includes this to my library, but do not want to find out that it does not work …

And what is this pre-pub, and how is it different?

I have not discovered any audio/video problems with this resource, either on Desktop or on mobile. From what I have tested it is working fine.

Thanks for the reply. I went ahead yesterday and ordered a library that included the whole package. The overall cost of the package was reasonable, considering everything that was in it.

but I understood from reading previous post that the full Britannica product has been in limbo for about 10 years now. It is in pre-pub for $300.

for now at least I get to use the Comptons, which is a very reduced subset of the Britannica.

I did not find in previous post anyone commenting on the multimedia part of it so I thank you for your feedback on that.
