@MJ. Smith I have no idea what stalled this, but I don't see any indication that it was moving forward. So, I've dusted it off and kicked it back on the conveyor belt. Hopefully, it will finally be released in the next few months. I'd like to have it in my library, too!

You were slow - I ordered it 9/10/2014. 😎 What was the hang-up - I want to know in the sense of knowing if I should have complained more often and more loudly.

The delay had something to do with files that weren't completed. But it become somewhat sidelined because we hadn't received any updates in a while. The new conversation here led me to poke at the case in our internal database, and it started moving again.

@David J. Ring, Jr. not in this initial release. We do have a contract for all volumes in the series, so we will produce the NT as well.
