Because of Anchors to Bible verses and resources, Logos Notes has amazing potential as a "second brain"/zettlekasten for biblical/theological studies. I recommend that the developers review tools like Notion or Evernote and implement at least the main basic features of those tools, including tables (even only HTML or MD would be a start), backlinking, expanding/collapsing sections, and folders/nesting/stacking within a notebook.  Notes is a great tool that can be even better.
  • Tables are helpful for organizing data and notes would be improved by supporting them.
  • This would be wonderful.

Ability to create tables in Logos Notes would be a major feature enhancement. Especially helpful when comparing/contrasting information.  Would also help in the management and layout of screen snapshots in Notes.
  • That would be so great! Helps to get a good overview, helps with structuring.

We can use a better way of adding the notes to  be more user friendly. Sometimes it's a little complicated to add notes to the actual lesson you're in... perhaps attach feature to the different guides menu. Hmmmm??

If I want to display parallel texts to a pericope, among other things, it would be very clear to create these in a synoptic, i.e. tabular view, so that you have the texts next to each other and can evaluate them together in the overview. For me, it's a better representation than one below the other. So it would be excellent if you could do this in the specially compiled personal study aid and not in an external program.

Perhaps there is already a text writing module on the market which could be integrated into Logos.

Yes, just tried to do so and was suprised to find out I could not.
  • Tables are really useful in Notes.
At present I need to create a table, screenshot it and paste in as an image and put a hyperlink to the original in case I want to edit it. (Can’t just put the hyperlink because sometimes it can’t find external resources)
Trying to copy a table from a resource doesn’t work - it just comes a s stream of data.  I need to insert a screenshot which means I often have to open the resource in a floating screen so I can zoom it in to the appropriate width, etc for the notes.
Really need to be able to post tables in a way that the table rescales for the note pane width, as well as being able to Create table that automatically resize
  • Add support for markup so we can have tables. Markup is widely used, simple, and the free open-source software library's to implement them are widely available and lightweight to implement.

Hi, I'm bumping this up again. I use OneNote to teach Bible studies since Logos doesn't have tables for comparisons. It would be helpful to use Logos with tables, so I can bring up verses

Have you tried tables as images in Logos i.e. make the table in your favorite tool, take a screen shot of it, and put the screen shot in a Logos note? It's not ideal but it at least allows one to teach from Logos.
