Automating power on of Proclaim signage devices?

We are looking at using Proclaim Sign Feeds to publicise some events.

We would use some form of Smart TV (or similar device) to show the feed but we want it to be able to turn on automatically when the feed starts and then turn off when the feed stops.

Are there any devices out there that woud support this - or is there any other way to go about this?
