Change the size, font type, highlight, color of text in the Notes and see it in Presenter Notes

I agree. That feature on the software I used before helped break up the text on the confidence monitor. I often used the color of the text to quickly reference what I wanted to say instead of having to read my note. Each color represents a different point (illustration, application, exposition, etc.).
