It looks like we automatically show the translation card after your first use of the translation feature. But if you go into the menu on the card and tap on translation settings, you can disable the card to make it stop automatically showing up.

It might be handy to offer a credits counter on the main toolbar. Maybe put a circle around our profile pictures that starts off blue and inches down as we use more credits, going solid grayed out when the credits are used up.

Clicking on our profile picture would add a "Credits" option to the account menu with the percent of credits either used or remaining per month.

There has been some discussion on a counter with Mark Barnes in another thread and it seemed like this was something Logos was now considering. I like the idea of  putting it as a circle around our profile picture.

It will be a circle around the notifications icon (or where the notifications would be). I doubt it will make v38, but I hope it will make v39.

    That will be great, thanks.

My humble opinion. I despise the whole idea of AI credits. Counting how many times you search or use AI runs against the core intention of bible study. It looks like a way to squeeze your pocket even more. It is disgraceful.

Actually, since Logos doesn't offer us to pay for more AI credits (and most users never max out the credit limit anyway), I don't see any squeezing our pockets.

That we can see the counter is by very popular user demand, making sure they don't run it empty by accident and thus miss the credits they plan to utilize (e.g. for the translation feature).

I haven't used the translation feature extensively, yet, but maybe another option to offer would be the ability to allow a user to provide an API key for their own personal subscription to DeepL that could be leveraged if they really want to go to town with translation services?
