How do I go about changing my email on LOGOS?

I changed my logos email very easily. However, I was not able to do so on my community profile page… How do I accomplish this there?

On this page https://community.logos.com/profile/account-privacy , there should be a pencil icon beside your email address, is it there? When the pencil is clicked, there should be a small popup that allows to change new email.

o.O that is bizarre, if you're on a desktop browser, does it appear suddenly when you move your mouse around or beside your email ? I'm using safari, maybe try other browser?
I use Safari also, although I started trying Duck duck go browser as it works really good keeping ads out of the way…(It's a macbook air)

I have been dabbing a lot on Chat GPT lately. I refuse to subscribe to it, but I can see AI replacing major search engines such as google. By the way, I haven’tgoogled anything for a few years now, I use DuckDuck Go… I love it!
I use DDG too on Safari by default :D, occasionally I can't find the images then I go to Brave browser with google lol
Chrome is just for google docs 😅
So, strange. I'm having the same problem but signing out and back in doesn't work. I tried this on Safari and Chrome. The pencil is visible but I can't click on it.
Hmm.. I think it's asking you to change your password first, probably some security settings in the backend.
BTW, if you still have access to edit your post, probably a good idea to delete the screenshot that shows your email address to public but I think you can contact someone in FL to delete it too if you're concerned given the recent cyber security news. I've too been busy creating & changing emails / password to prevent "all eggs in one nest". . .
Thank you, Michelle. I deleted the screenshot. I can't change the PWord either. Nothing is clickable. I've emailed Logos support so hopefully they can change it on their end!
Just to clarify, our community site uses your Logos account as your login so you should only need to update your Logos account.
Jason, now it get's stranger. When I login to my Logos.com account, my email is listed. But, when I login to my community.logos.com account, my wife's is listed. But you say the two are the same? It's the same name, same icon, etc. But two emails. Doesn't seem to be two accounts for the reason just mentioned. I wonder why an alternate, unchangeable address is listed in my community account?
Let's have you log out of the community, clear your website cache, and then log into the community website once again. If that does not work, please email community@logos.com so we can troubleshoot.
