I often have instances where a note will not attach to its anchor. This seems random as many notes attach properly. See that the one below does not.
Can you make sure that you have the notes turned on properly for that book? I cannot duplicate your bug.

Yesterday I took my laptop to the kitchen table to do some work and was not connected. I was surprised to see that Lemma in Passage did not work offline. Is the number of features that require being online increasing and is the plan to keep increasing those?
