Is Faithlife group creation down?

I'm fairly new to Faithlife, and I'm trying to figure out how to start a group. The instructions say to click the plus icon on the "Groups" side panel. That panel simply isn't showing up for me.

I've cleared my cache and tried a different browser, but nothing changes. Also, I noticed that trying to go to the Faithlife help center redirects me to the Proclaim help center. Is something broken, or am I missing a crucial step?

Found the answer! You have to click on "Community Notes" and then "Create Group." It's not intuitive at all, and the official instructions probably need to be updated, but apparently nothing is broken.

Interlinear Bibles for Mobile devices
I purchased interlinear Bibles (NASB, NIV) and others editions. I am unable to view or display these Bibles on my Andriod tablet.
