I have suggested books in the past, but I see no way to do this now.
Can someone help me?
All Product Suggestions—including book requests—are available in the main navigation. That said, we will look into ways to make book requests even easier to find. Here's a direct link:
Hi Jason
Yes, I went to that page quite a few times.
I see nothing there about suggesting a book. I can look to see if it has already been suggested.
I see a form but it's hardly the form for a book suggestion.
@Larry Craig, do you see a blue button that says "Book Request" which links to our book request form? I'm curious what form you're seeing that does not look like a book request form.
That link sends me to a page where I can search to see if the request had already been made. But no form to suggest a book
Here's a direct link to the form for you: https://community.logos.com/post/book-request/feedback-resources
Can you show me how you found that page? I sure can't.
on that form, it asked for category and type and I have no idea what they are asking for. There is a drop down menu, but it is empty
Product Suggestions (main site navigation) > Book Requests (forum) > Book Request (blue button)
I've also just added a direct button on the desktop homepage.
Jason, I followed the navigation you gave above. I get to the Book Requests but there is no blue button there to click on other than a search button.
Can you please attach a screenshot, @Larry Craig and @Randall Cue?
That is helpful! I will need to research why it is that this "Book Request" button is not appearing for some of our users.
@Randall Cue
From the Logos Home page, logos.com, click on support and Training, then community and forums.
Under Home, on the left is request a book.
It will ask for category and type. I was told by customer service that category will be type of book, like commentary, novel. Type is book request. He didn't sound 100% sure though.
When creating a post, the new post form is asking what category from the list (e.g., Proclaim, Logos, etc.) to place your post. This is different from what "category" (or type) a book from the Logos store falls into—the store front, which Customer Service was likely referring to, does not use the term category in filters.
Please let me know if I need to further delineate terms here.
You don't need to delineate the terms more here but on the site itself. How is anybody supposed to know what that is talking about? Even customer service had to guess what they mean.
Dear Folk, How do I add my faithlife groups link to my Profile Menu in the desktop app of Logos? Thanks, Mike
Hey everyone, I am having some technical issues regarding a group. Is it ok to post here? Here are the symptoms: - Several members who could post are now getting error messages. - Several members who had permission to message are now no longer able to. - Members are being perceived as bots and need to provide scriptural…
I moved this from the books and courses forum because I got no response. Bill✭✭✭May 9, 2025 I am having trouble understanding what the criteria is for Type:Study Guide. I used to think they had to have questions with answer boxes, or a question section after each chapter, or a study questions section at the end with the…
Hi! Thanks for any help. I'm using a custom copy and paste style. Whenever I paste the verse into Microsoft Word, it puts a paragraph break after the header. How can I eliminate the paragraph break and only have a line break? Currently, it looks like this: 2 Corinthians 4:2 Rather, we have renounced secret and shameful…
My Sermon Manager on the desktop has stopped syncing with the same tool on the web app. (And yes, I'm logged in under the same account.) It looks like it stopped in late May (ish). Any ideas?
