Is there any who can help me? My Logos Max Subscription is not receiving any of the new upates. It is great to read about the update featurews, but it would be even greater if I could have the update so I can use them. Can someone please call me? Tom Myers 503 901 3863

If you want to communicate by phone, you can contact Customer Service via our numbers here: https://www.logos.com/contact

The inability to update Logos may be caused by it thinking that you're running an outdated operating system that doesn't support the current version. This can happen if Compatibility Mode is used. Right-click the Logos icon, choose Properties, and ensure that no compatibility settings are applied on the "Compatibility" tab. Logos is not compatible with any of Windows' Compatibility settings.
