Today is 07/19/2025. The textbook videos for my moble ed courses have stopped working. I recieved the following messages. "We couldn't access the media y ou're trying to play. Please verify that you are not working offline. For more help troubleshooting this issue please visit our support page." I was able to play the videos on my laptop but not on my desktop where I usually view these courses. The only difference is my desktop did a microsoft update. The solutions to resolve the black screen I receive instead of the video apparently are dated and do not work. For example, I was not able to turn off the media player using the steps given in the instructions. I am wondering if the problem is a problem with the latest window update. Is anyone else having this problem?
