Hi brand new to this software looking for some assistance, kind of lost not sure if this is normal but I don't see the house icon on my start page.
I have the dashboard icon library, search, bible but no home icon, any help would be great
Welcome. in the current software the home icon has been replaced by the dashboard one.
Welcome. This response is broader than your question, but I hope it "moves the ball forward." A while back I too found Logos/Verbum overwhelming, and I signed up for month-by-month subscription the MPS training. This "official" trainer has a "Camp Logos" series that took me through EVERY aspect of the software. It was a commitment of time for me, but it has proven its worth time after time. Signing up monthly limited my financial commitment, and so the investment seemed right-sized. As it turns out, I find the MPS training so valuable that I have been a yearly subscriber for years, but that's not required to get started. God Bless.
Thank you, Graham I'm discovering some of the other instructions in the tutorial are not working on my computer as well like the font zoom. Hoping I set it up correctly.
Huge learning curve it's going to take a while to master this program, Thanks again
As Joseph commented, the MP Seminars training is well worth the subscription cost. They have videos for every version of Logos, and they are far more up-to-date than the Logos website.
Many helpful links and videos can be found here. If you have specific questions as you work through the training resources, don't hesitate to ask.
Can Desktop have the same reading view as that of mobile.
Is it possible to link a Notebook with a Bible Study Builder Document. I don't want to link a note but a complete Notebook.
I know there probably isn't one but thought I'd ask here. One thing I'm doing this year is looking at updated versions of different translations. In the last 15 years, we've seen revisions of the NIV, NASB, and NRSV, among others. I've always been a bit fascinated with the idiosyncratic NEB (1970), and this year I'm…
In Genesis 3:1 when Satan asked the question, “yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of “every” tree of the garden?” In some translations like the NIV instead of the word “every” tree of the garden it’s “any” tree of garden; which makes a major difference! Which is correct? It has to be “every” because “any” is too far from…
Is a Modern or Classical Semitic accent used? I contacted support and, after much go around, was told Koine is the default for Hebrew (Wow!). Then told it depends on the resource being used.
