Surface Pro 11 Responsiveness

I have problems with my Surface Pro and Logos. It is sometimes none responsive. I have to shut down the app and restart.

Is anyone else with a Surface Pro 11 having issues with it's responsiveness?

I can’t even get it onto my Surface Pro 11 tablet/computer. It tries to download my books and then gives me this message.

I don't have a Surface Pro 11, but I recall some conversation elsewhere in the forum that suggested Logos and a Snapdragon processor might not work properly together. See the following post and related. Keep well Paul

I have a Surface Pro 11 with ARM. I use Logos daily and have all of my books downloaded. Occasionally it will freeze and/or crash, but it usually works well. I recommend saving your work/updating your active layout, etc., frequently.

Could you tell me which Logos download did you put on the tablet? Is it the subscription version or the ordinary version for Microsoft?

Hi Matt,

I downloaded the setup file for Windows and had it run the installation process. I have a Max subscription, but I don't think that would affect the basic installation, but rather just add additional features and resources.
