Dr. Stanley Porter helped bring this book to print (he was the English version editor). Dr. Seumas MacDonald (ThePatrologist.com) has a number of posts on Zuntz' pedagogy. It is based on real texts and is partially moving towards a communicative method. His books volumes I & II have a unique way of separating grammar from reading. He includes a separate small grammar of his own in vol. II. It is now out of print and hard to find.
