Not a fan (at all) of daily having to click through the sales banner/bar at the top of the app.
Turn it off in Settings
It cannot be turned off.
This is very sad for Bible software.
Well, absent the setting, they also said if you close it, it stays closed (so they say).
But I agree with you.
Popped up twice within 1-2 days for me. Not trying to make a mountain out of a molehill, but having bought a perpetual license before they were ended and owning my library, feel it is a bit much - especially given the fact that it pops up once you go into a layout and it has to be closed to take full advantage of your display area.
Also didn't realize they could be turned off so I'll take a look and see if that might help.
If you have an active Logos subscription, or you have purchased a Logos base package in the last few years, you can turn off the layout banner in Settings. You can also turn off the banner on the dashboard in the gear (⚙️), as separate setting .

If you find that either of these aren't the case for you, please let us know; that should be a considered a bug that we need to fix.

When it generates a smart search synopsis, I want a button at the bottom that I could click that launches another search panel showing the search results from that smart search…
The font sizes especially as you get into the larger font sizes, really lose granularity and the ability to control. They just end up "jumping" too much. (I was told they increase by 10% each time you use "control +" but the problem is that 10% becomes a very large number, the higher you get.) I would like to please ask…
I've been using Logos for a long time in my classes and to demonstrate things. I would like the ability to turn on a pointer in Logos that doesn't activate every popup or 'hover over' function, or to be able to selectively turn off those features so that the popups don't obscure text when I'm pointing at it. Currently I…
