Quickest way to upload announcements PDF into Proclaim

I'm having a hard time dealing with getting PDF's into a presentation in Proclaim. With so much drop and drag functionality for images, I thought PDF's would be the same. But when that didn't work, every AI generated answer online said to import the pdf and Proclaim would turn each page into images - but is this actually possible?

Every week, we get a PDF of announcement slides sent to us that need to be displayed and our previous workflows allowed us to display PDF's natively.

Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

proclaim doesn’t support import of PDFs.
Where possible, I take a screenshot of the PDF and insert that
