Logos Bible Software documentation suggests that I can insert a link (L4) in a Bible Study Builder block. As I understand it, L4 URLs are depricated. Is there an alternative way to insert a Logos link in a Bible Study Builder block?

I just tried to put a hyperlink into a Bible Study document, and was not successful. I'm curious to find out the answer to this, as well.
It is one of the many deficiencies that prevent me using this tool for Bible Study classes! Links are restricted to the Info sidebar

I have a couple of books that always crash Logos. I read the books a while ago and created Notes while reading, but if I try to go to the Note anchors in the books in question, Logos crashes. Same if I try to open them in the Library. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
