Hi, I'm new to proclaim and I'm trying to insert a slide that will play a YouTube Video for our church service. The slide comes up and displays "Video unavailable" and "Watch on YouTube"
Hi PBC, welcome to the forum! YouTube has a setting where creators can prevent their videos from being shown outside of YouTube. When that is turned on, you will get an error like that. Try a different video - if you add a "web page" item and paste the URL from YouTube, it will work fine. Unfortunately, there is not a good workaround for your issue in Proclaim. On Windows, if you press the Windows Key + Shift + Arrow Key, you can move a browser window that has YouTube off your computer onto your main screen; I am sure there is a similar hotkey for Mac.
I found that adding the phrase "-nocookie.com" after the word youtube in the url, it makes the video work.
I wish someone at Proclaim would look into what might be done about YouTube errors. Things are getting worse. Items that I know have no security on them and have played just fine up till know, are now coming up with errors a lot. Is there anything that can be done for this? Sometimes the fix that Jared posted works and sometimes it doesn't. It will play with that fix one time and then when you play it again you get an error. It's really becoming a problem!

Is there a way of enforving song arrangements between different teams that doesn't rely on training the operators?? I can see that you can create multiple Song Libraries but that these don't seem to be automatically associated between different Proclaim Teams and have to be manually selected when loading up existing songs.ā¦
Slide transitions are not working in the latest presentation I put together. An updated downloaded when I opened Proclaim on 2/12.
I had Proclaim time out (I think) during the Pastor's message yesterday. It came right back when I hit a key, then advanced to the next slide. Is there a setting that accidently was changed that is causing this? How do I correct it. This is the second time it has happened.
I was looking at what is involved in setting up displays in Proclaim and virtual screens and have a couple of questions: Setting up NDI feeds Configuring masks Setting up an NDI feed looks something like this: But once I have seen the Create button have the small icon indicating it requires system privileges and when Iā¦
