How do I use the search feature to find all the imperatives in a text? For instance… How do I find all the imperatives in the book of Ephesians? How do I find all the imperatives in Greek?
You need to do a morph search and you should end up with something like this
How do I find all the imperatives in Greek?
This type of search is done against the original language texts - so we can do them for Hebrew and Greek (and Aramaic) but not English

@Graham Criddle - Hello Graham, Is this kind of search on the horizon for searching with Logos's AI using plain language? Example: "Search for all imperatives in the Greek New Testament"
I hope so, but currently the AI assistant in beta failed on this as it is designed to interact with the books in the library as a LLM but not use the search tools. I Currently the morph search is pretty easy to do after you understand the process, but it is definitely non-intuitive to start. I think there is a ton of room to have a natural language search that can translate into complex searches like morphological searches. This seems like it will be pretty obvious high-priority as Logos learns to implement AI.
It depends on your intent. If you want a comprehensive list, AI is not the way to go. If you want representative examples, AI could easily be on the horizon.
I would like, for my morning devotion, to open logos in a specific layout. This layout is different than what I use for research or study. Is it possible to open a specific named layout from Apple shortcuts? For my morning reading I open other apps besides Logos, but am looking for an action to open a specific layout…
Can some one help me with the syntax involved in writing a rule for library collections. I watched the video several times, and can mimic the example in the video, but when I try to develop another rule, nothing happens. I guess what I need to understand is exactly what elements are necessary to write the rule and where do…
I want to link a few paragraphs from a commentary to a specific word in the Bible so that when I click the note icon by the Bible word I go to the Note with the link to the information in the commentary. Additionally, I'd like to be able to mouse the note icon beside the Bible word to see some of the info from the…
I was looking at the Courses Tool and noticed a few things, not all of which are potential bugs. :) First, I found it a little odd that there is not a filter for license type. It's lovely that we can filter our library that way, but since temporary courses are touted as a subscription feature, it seems natural that a user…
