Without knowing what the linked reference actually says I can see a way in which the statement in the synopsis is correct - even if not clear.

sent Moses and Aaron to rescue them after the tenth plague could mean that God sent Moses and Aaron to rescue the people, and that they were rescued after the tenth plague.

(I'm not trying to argue that we shouldn't verify AI-generated results just thinking about how to understand it!)

Here is a copy and paste of all the places in the book that mentions “tenth plague” from where AI formed it’s summary:

When the Israelites left Egypt following the tenth plague, they were told to ask the Egyptians for items of value for their journey.

I agree the phrasing is ambiguous. The way it’s written — “sent Moses and Aaron to rescue them *after* the tenth plague” — could be read to mean that Moses and Aaron were sent after the tenth plague, which doesn’t align with the biblical timeline.

So while the sentence might be intended to mean that the rescue occurred after the tenth plague, the wording leaves room for misinterpretation.

It’s a good reminder of how important clarity is. This is just one of many examples where I have challenged an AI answer to then have AI respond, “You’re right. I was wrong about that.” Don’t misunderstand: I like AI. It’s here to stay, and it can do some great things. I’m glad Logos is incorporating it throughout their platform.

I’m merely saying, “Trust, but verify.”

Bingo! Most scholars believe the period of harsh slavery was several generations, not "several centuries."
