Logos Freezes when selecting a new video to watch in courses

Hi All,

Wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same issue. When I watch the videos in a course, whenever I select a new (or the next) video to watch, Logos would freeze for about 3 minutes and then show the video:

This is quite frustrating and makes it difficult to enjoyably work through the course and study.

@SavedbyGrace You should use the Courses tool rather than the individual files from Library.

With PC151, as per your screenshot, I did experience a hesitation but not a freeze (whiteout) with new videos when using the forward arrow key. In Courses, it was less pronounced until I reached "Theological Interpretation", when I experienced a whiteout/freeze before the text appeared (the video on Textbook was ok).

I've tried the courses tool as per your suggestion but unfortunately it's still completely freezing up. This makes the courses unusable for me:

I'm not seeing this but I do see an occasional hang when I try to change to the next locked title in the Courses tool. I have to force quit the app when it happens. I'm on a Mac when it happens.
