How does one search notes and tags?

Can you clarify a bit further what you mean by searching tags? Are these tags on books, tags on notes or something else?

I've recently returned to Logos and have the Pro Subscription. There used to be a feature called Propositional Outline Visual Filter. It would break down the Scripture passages into main idea, sub points, etc. I can't for the life of me find that function any longer. Is it still available?
