How to create a daily discovery for selected resources?

For example, I have a few encyclopedias in the resources library, is there anyway or similar to achieve the below result ?

I read this unplanned today & it seems a good way to increase some facts / history.

Similar to Facilitate Serendipitous Discovery but I can choose which resources.
