why didn't Logos include strong's numbers in Thayer's Greek English Lexicon
Because Strong's is an addition to Thayer's by a publisher in an edition that is not the edition that Logos sells. Given that Strongs is limited to the KJV vocabulary i.e. old critical texts and understanding of vocabulary, this is not surprising.

I am reformatting a calendar of saints for use on Logos. I am able to get it to work as a calendar devotion on the dashboard. But what I would really like to do is have it be a Saints resource card that I can pout on the dashboard.
All but the 1972 edition have Institute for Nouthetic Studies as their publisher; however, I've read that INS merged with MABTS and also acquired copyrights from Timeless Texts. Logos lists volumes 1 and 3 of Marshall Hodgson's The Venture of Islam as being available for purchase, but volume 2 is nowhere to be found on Logos. These appear to be Faithlife ebooks.
