If no one has already and I Hope you don't mind… but when I have some time I'll take my stab at making it a Personal Book adaptable to Logos. It'd be great to have in my searches and things in Logos. If I do I will preserve everything, just add text to do the adaptation to Logos. I busy, it'll take me while but I'll let you know when I'm finished.

huh? Calvin has already made it a .docx file for a personal book. He is one of the regular PB creators who provides excellent files - nicely formatted as a PB and usually error free.
