The anniversary of the release of the 2025 libraries has come and gone and now the year end sale is on, but no sight of 2026 libraries. Is Logos still using a two year schedule in the subscription era or is there just a delay?
Don't know of course … haven't done a 2025, and pretty finished up on legacies. Another empty year would be … well, incredibly inexpensive.
There will be 2026 libraries. I don't believe a release date has been announced.
Looks like it will be after people have spent their Christmas and year budget money…
I was under the impression, Old Logos used to coordinate the unbelivably good libraries with Santa.
First, if Logos is a Christian company doesn't it coordinate with St. Nicholas of Myra? I would expect the timing to be similar to past years.
Second, the libraries have be every other year in the fall for years … why would I expect one this year? But I sure will expect one next fall.
@Rick Mansfield (Logos) thank you for this. I would like clarification about your answer please: are we now following a yearly schedule or still operating on a 2 years schedule?
Stay tuned. We'll have something to announce soonish.
I thought Logos WAS Santa.
And thank you, @Rick Mansfield (Logos). I appreciate the update!
I'm guessing it will probably be released in the spring, like the last set. I'm not sure what they ultimately come up with will be a great fit for the denominations and the readers, and what I compile will end up being better anyway.
Take your time. I should be starting a new job early next year, and I want to get in on the launch sale. :-)
I noticed the prices on books have gone up. And I'm kinda more on a reserved side to spend money on books these past couple years.
Plus, people's money have gone more to Black Friday and next week's Christmas gifts for family and loved ones.
I never got the 2025 deals yet. Subscription kerfluffle and all. And I may wait another year. My Logos buying fund is stuffed like a turkey, but…I have books, and I may use my money elsewhere—waiting to determine a clearer direction signal by Logos.
Nathan: Congratulations on the new job!!
It's not 100% set in stone yet, but a cybersecurity company is calling me this week, and it looks promising that I'll be working for them in early 2026. They've wanted to bring me aboard for a while, and they're finally getting close to their major funding that could make this a reality. Additionally, I'm looking at launching my own IT consulting firm to do some side IT work to fill in gaps outside of what they could serve their clients (so if anyone is needing any IT work done, feel free to let me know). All in all, things are looking up, even if it's not 100% definite yet.

MP Seminars has recently posted two training videos on using ratings to create Collections especially for use with the soon-to-be-released upgraded Search Assistant. I am trying to learn to use the morphological and the syntax searches for Hebrew Bible. Which Hebrew Bibles allow for this and could you point me to short videos illustrating these types of searches. I have had Logos for years and am now trying to use it for searches I am currently unable to do with my present software
I am pretty new to using the tools in Logos. I want to conduct a word search within a particular book of the Bible to see if there is any theme or repetition. What is the best tool and how do you use it? Thanks for helping this "old dog, learn new tricks." RW
I am trying to understand why i can't read my personal books on my mobile phone. When i go to the gym and walk for an hour, i like to listen to my personal books and commentary files but am not able to access them. I would like to hear a reasonable explanation why since i pay such an exorbitant and excessive price for…
Is there a way to use research assistant to ask questions of owned commentaries? If so, how?
