Video upload

I am wondering why I cannot upload videos from my computer to proclaim when I am putting a service together. I have downloaded the upgrade, even uninstalled and then reinstalled the program in my computer. I have never had this issue before and I am so frustrated.

What happens when you try?

Do you see this problem with all videos or just specific ones?

Whenever I try to put in a video it loads forever but never uploads the video. There are very few videos that it does not do it with.

If on Windows, which video player are you using (this is outlined here)?

Try switching to the other one and see if that makes a difference.

Removing default text from media library image
I've somehow made the text "Happy Birthday Pastor" the default for some of the preloaded image files in Proclaim, along with making a whole new picture series for one of them. Is there a way to delete the new picture series and remove the default text. These seem to be global changes
