I would SO love to see the SBL Study Bible notes added to Logos. Any chance this could happen? (I noticed the HarperCollins Study Bible isn't available, either.)
@Mark Allison we will request a license for this title from the publisher.
I second this request.
@Linda Simmons I have moved your post to Book Requests, giving users the opportunity to vote on it.
As mentioned here, we have requested a license for this title from the publisher.
Wonderful! Thank you, Rick!

This is apparently the new hot study Bible with cutting-edge scholarship AND crummy printing. Which makes it ideal for Logos :) Would love to see the notes available. It's a successor to the Harper-Collins.
@Rick Mansfield (Logos) Seven months later… has HarperCollins provided a status update on the license for the SBL Study Bible?
Really want!
Ok, Mr NW Semitic, why? Why 'really'?
Largely because I keep recommending it to people, it the paper version is crummy (too thin paper, bleed thru) and the Kindle version unwieldy.
Ok, so I didn't read (your earlier post). Thank you!
This is a HarperOne title, not a HarperCollins Christian Publishing title, which has been the delay. I know that seems unusual since they are part of the same company, but it's a big company with multiple divisions. However, we are the closest we've ever been to being able to license HarperOne Titles. They have asked us to send a list of titles, and the SBL Study Bible is on it!
@Rick Mansfield (Logos) Please ensure that the HarperCollins Study Bible, which is the predecessor to the SBL Study Bible, is included in the list if it is not already present.
@Rick Mansfield (Logos) HarperOne with Logos and Christmas? Happy Thanksgiving!!
Just the notes and other supporting information will suffice. Please expedite as this is a must have resource. Amazon blurb:

I was asked for this a lot at "you know who", and last I check, they didn't do it. Maybe Logos will!
@Dr. Nathan Parker Though I'm late to the party, I see way at the top it reports "in progress". So, maybe discussions are underway.
F/U I don't think "In Progress" means what I thought it meant. Oh well, I hope LBS is taking notice.
I think it doe
When I mark a request "in progress," it initially means that I have created a case for it in our internal database and have reached out to the publisher. It doesn't necessarily mean that it is in development, but one would hope that would be the eventual result.
Thanks @Rick Mansfield (Logos) for the info!
These just keep getting more and more expensive in paper…

Denise, as the official forum Targums aficionado, you know anything about this book? Sounds like a great primer, at least regarding Messianism.
This is a four-volume set, still in production. The first two volumes are in print, the remaining two will be printed before the end of 2026. They are offered for the prices of around $100-150 per volume. The Amazon Kindle price is somewhat less. I would prefer to buy them for Logos. Can you tell me whether they will be…
Please consider including this book as a Logos resource.
It would be great if Logos would offer the Dutch HSV (Herziene Statenvertaling) Study Bible in their store. They offer their own online version, but it would be nice to have this in the Logos Ecosystem as well.
