Selected song looks like computer language. What?

I'm new to Proclaim. When I add a song, below is an example of what I get in the main arrangement box. I closed Proclaim and rebooted the computer. Same results. What's going on?

In the past, I have been able to use CMG Media in Proclaim. I would go to CMG's site, click on the media file I wanted to add, select Proclaim as my desitination, sign in to my Proclaim account and bam - the graphics would appear in Proclaim. Why does outline title change for songs but not for Bible Passages?
I often preach a series and duplicate the previous presentation to reuse the background theme. When I change the praise songs it automatically changes the title in the slide outline in the left column. But when you change the reading it doesn't so you have to change it manually. It would be great if this could be automatic.
How do I open the Proclaim file from one church to another?
