"UTC" refers to "Coordinated Universal Time", which you may also know as "GMT" (Greenwich Mean Time). It's just a way of giving a date or time that is less ambiguous regarding time zones and the International Date Line.

I have very limited computer knowledge. If I asked what for me is a complex question, if another person accepted the answer, I might not understand. The question is then shut down by another party; I get no answer.

I think only the OP should have the ability to mark their own question as answered. Others may see a post has an accepted answer and not contribute, but maybe the OP is not yet satisfied with the answer(s) already given and is hoping for more contributions.

I Had to re-install my Windows. When I re-installed LOGOS it needed to download my books. It only downloaded up to 20%, then it stops. Restarting and re-installing doesn't help
