How do I open an existing Proclaim file from one church and then open the file in another church using Proclaim?
You can use the Backup/Restore Presentation under File>Backup Presentation…
Backup the presentation. Save that to a flash drive. Then go to the other church, plug the flash drive into the computer there and do File>Restore Presentation…
We used to do this before we had decent internet in our building.
