How do I open an existing Proclaim file from one church and then open the file in another church using Proclaim?
You can use the Backup/Restore Presentation under File>Backup Presentation…
Backup the presentation. Save that to a flash drive. Then go to the other church, plug the flash drive into the computer there and do File>Restore Presentation…
We used to do this before we had decent internet in our building.

Cannot print the Proclaim presentation to PDF. I select file/print in Proclaim, the Logos documents web page opens and display Proclaim presentation, I select print and nothing happens. Tried multiple browsers, platforms and OSs with same result. This worked last week….

We are having an issue on Sunday mornings during service where we've had syncing start happening while we are already on air, and the whole presentation will go back to the pre-service loop, sometimes in the middle of the song.
