I can't figure out how to save my layout. It keeps going back to a default instead of keeping my books and panels open. I read the instructions but they do not help. It does not work in the web app or the desktop app. Can anyone help?
Which instructions did you read - and in what way did they not help?
If you haven't seen the support article here does that help at all?
(And I suggest focusing on desktop initially - that provides the most functionality in terms of saving and restoring layouts)
If you've done exactly those things, and something didn't work, try to take a screenshot of what you did and what you see as a result, and hopefully someone who knows more than I do will help. :)
That is a screenshot from the web app - you can tell becuase of the Quick actions section on the toolbar
Please upload a screenshot from the desktop
Thank you for the response. When I push that button it does not look like the above — see attachment.

Your screenshot suggests you are doing this on the web app
What do you see on desktop?
Thanks. No. That's what it looks like on the desktop version as well.
Please post a full screen screenshot of this on desktop
Thank you for helping me. I have a message into technical support as well…
Thank you so much. I downloaded the app I was using from the top of the webpage. The stand alone desktop app is different and has the settings that you showed. Thank you again for your help.
I'm unable to save a layout in the Web App.
Bookmark the full URL in your browser to do that.
Thank you…
I use the web app about as much as the desktop app.
In the past my session would restore on each device, but recently the web app has started opening up with an empty layout.
I don't know if it is something on my machine or an app update, but the start up behavior has changed.

Is there a way to underline (or highlight, etc.) all the verbs in the English text of the bible?
The Lenten Triodion (with The Lenten Triodion Supplement) is more precious to me than I have words to convey. It is a spiritual treasure that I pore over and pray through very nearly cover to cover every year during Lent and Holy Week, and the 4 Sundays leading up to Lent. Because I love it so dearly, it sort of hurts my…
