It appears that none of the transitions are working for content slides. we have it set to fade over 1.5 seconds and we are getting a hard cut. is there something I am missing? or is there an issue?
My name is Andrew and I am using my pastor's account. This is happening with us as well. This started a few months ago after an update. We used fades for all transitions to include songs. We switched to lyric scrolling but often times, content slides will hard cut instead of fade like we have it set.
This seemed to happen with the latest update. Unfortunately all you can do is roll back to the previous version. Go to Help → About Proclaim → Release Notes. Then download the installer for the previous version. Then uninstall Proclaim and reinstall from the downloaded installer.
I don't think it's a general problem with the latest update (4.16.0.0367) as I am seeing fade transitions without any problem.
I'm running on Windows - which platform are you using?

Yes - I see in the other thread that it relates to content items other than songs (it was songs I was testing it on)
I also see the issue in things like Announcements.
We are on windows and the transitions are very abrupt and glitchy.
