Cover Images not loading from Proclaim to Logos Sermons

When I publish a sermon from Proclaim, it is not saving the first slide as a cover image. It used to, but no longer. Now I just have blank images. In my Proclaim presentations I have a start recording prompt, then the first sermon slide (always an image, never blank), then other sermon slides, then a stop recording prompt.

Another, related issue, is that when I press the "Change cover image" button in Logos Sermons, it never works.

Import bible translation

Multiple Duplicate Slides at End of Song
