Rework prioritization

Prioritization needs to be simplified. Among the requirements should be:
1. The ability to see/specify the index the prioritization applies to
2. The ability to apply advanced prioritization to a collection of resources
3. A new ability to apply advanced prioritization to specific tools
4. An easy way to see resources that are subject to a specific index in priority sequence whether by default or user specification
5. An easy way to see what index types you have defined priority for and which are still simply the default.

By not having the multiple indexes of a single resource being prioritized together, one eliminates the most confusing aspect of prioritization - the interactions between what are to the user separate prioritization list.
By making the resulting priority lists visible, one eliminates the stray prioritized book from inadvertently messing with the list.
By making collections to be prioritized, one allows books to use the author's intended translation rather than the users' preferred translation.

I tried updating this but took too long i guess.In regard to library ordering, if drag and drop doesnt work due to other sorting options, one could manually enter a number. If a number already exists, the most recent resource added would be given priority and all other resources will be adjusted accordingly.

In regards to (2), I agree that it would be really nice to have collections be used to prioritize resources. (I recommended something similar using Bibliographies https://feedback.logos.com/boards/logos-desktop-app/posts/bibliography-based-resource-prioritization.)

There is the option of dragging a collection/series of books from the Library to a specific place in the prioritization , but when I want to prioritize just one book in a series of biblical commentaries , I have to click on “Prioritize this book” , it will appear at the bottom of the list of a hundred books that I have prioritized , and I will have to drag it upwards through a hundred books until I reach the place where I want the book to be prioritized. This needs to be improved to make it easier for us. It's terribly bad the way it works today!

Why not place prioritization in the settings and have a place to list our top 10 (or whatever number) of each category? Have a dropdown menu for top Bibles, Single-Volume Commentary, Commentary Series, Bible Dictionary, Word Study, etc., then we can easily go back to settings and adjust the order of each category whenever we want? It would be much cleaner, and we would know exactly which resources Logos pulls from for each type of category.
