Hoping for more consistent support in the Spanish forum

I'm reaching out because the Spanish forum feels a bit overlooked lately. Back in February 2025, I shared a post about the lack of support (link), and I really appreciated that things picked up for a few weeks after that.

However, I raised the issue again this past January (link) and haven't heard back yet. There are currently quite a few questions in the Spanish community that haven't received an official response from Logos. We really value the team's input and would love to see more consistent engagement like we had before.

Is there any way to get someone from the team back into those conversations soon?

Amen my brother I'm hoping that Logos won't forget about us the Spanish users.

Since some of us have spent a lot of money time and effort following them and supporting them too, I mean I'm glad and thankful for all those resources that you guys have translated to our language, but still, you guys need to pay more attention to us please Logos, i would really appreciated it.

These are some of the Libraries i have bought in Logos Study Bible, and there's a lot of Spanish users doing so, but sometimes it is frustrating that we get no answers at all, i mean some of us Speak Also English but there's some others that can't speak your Language, so please help us out with this issue.

The community forums are a great place for user-to-user peer support. Feel free to ask questions and share ideas here, but for direct support, please reach out to our staff directly.

That being said, we’re exploring ways to improve support in the Spanish community forums. I’m hopeful that things will change in the future, but I encourage you and others to use the traditional contact channels for personal assistance.

I understand that the forums are primarily for peer-to-peer support, but the points I've mentioned in previous posts are not personal issues or standard support requests. They are about projects that appear to have been abandoned by the Logos team itself.

There is a significant contrast with the English forums, where there is a constant presence of Logos employees, while in the Spanish forum, it is practically non-existent. Additionally, both I and others have sent emails and received no response. This is why the forum is so necessary: it serves as a public space where we can document this situation and highlight that the community needs more attention.
